VetQuest AI is an artificial intelligence-assisted clinical reasoning and study aid intended solely for veterinary students, examination candidates, and educational review. It does not provide veterinary medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or direct animal treatment guidelines.

You retain ownership of study notes, slides, and materials you upload. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary educational licenses, rights, or permissions to upload such content into your private study workspace, and that uploads do not infringe proprietary publisher copyrights or violate academic integrity policies.

Uploaded student documents are processed into private vector representations scoped strictly to your account. Materials are used solely as contextual references for interactive scenarios and are not used to train public foundation models.

Free trial access grants limited platform and study workspace features for the designated trial duration without an upfront charge. Upon conclusion of a trial period, accounts that do not transition to an active paid subscription shift to read-only access for past performance records, and case generation capabilities will pause.

Data Purge Policy: Any personal study materials uploaded to private workspaces - including lecture slides, notes, syllabi, and associated vector embeddings - are subject to scheduled deletion from our servers thirty (30) days following trial expiration or subscription termination. VetQuest AI maintains no obligation to preserve, maintain, or recover unindexed files or private study vectors for inactive, non-subscribed accounts.
